Service Description

My prenatal birth planning support package is divided into three in-home vists. During these visits we will dicuss your ideal birth experience, current pregnancy status, and address any questions you may have. We will take a deep dive into birth education and evidence-based resrouces to help you plan for your birth. We will practice comfort measures, and labor relaxation methods. We will talk about informed consent, advocating in the birth space, and crafting your birth preferences plan. You also get my support from the time of hiring until 6 weeks postpartum for any questions, concerns, and input.
